SB386 HFA Summers, Hollen and Cooper 4-1 #4

            Delegates Summers, Hollen and Cooper move to amend the Schott strike and insert amendment on page 34, by inserting a new subdivision (7) to read as follows:

“(7) A warning stating ‘Any person, regardless of whether it is for medicinal purposes, is prohibited by Federal law from possessing firearms or ammunition’.”

And renumbering the remaining subdivisions accordingly.
